President Trump has resumed his early morning ill-fated tweeting again, on Monday morning, taking to his favorite social media outlet to ask Americans to read a book which has no words.

“A great book for your reading enjoyment: ‘REASONS TO VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS’ by Michael J. Knowles,” he tweeted.

The book is a spoof which was, indeed authored by Michael J. Knowles, who is a correspondent for the conservative website Daily Wire. It is made up of 260 pages which were purposely left blank, and actually achieved the Amazon No. 1 bestseller title last month. It does have a table of contents with chapters on matters including “Foreign Policy” and “Homeland Security.”

Last month, knowles appeared for an interview on ‘Fox & Friends’ in order to talk about his research process. “What’s really great about this book, you can go cover to cover in about 15, 20 seconds,” he said. That makes it the perfect book for the Commander in Chief.

It took a very long time to research this book,” he added. “I’ve been observing the Democratic Party for at least 10 years now, and when I observed their record and reasons to vote for them — on reasons of economics or foreign policy or homeland security or civil rights and so on — I realized it was probably best to just leave all the pages blank.”

The President followed that gem up with a tweet attacking the mainstream media. “The Fake Media (not Real Media) has gotten even worse since the election. Every story is badly slanted. We have to hold them to the truth!”

Trump’s book recommendation did not go over very well on Twitter, setting off a firestorm of ridicule and mockery lambasting the President for, among other things, his well-known aversion to reading.
