Mark Cuban proved something that Hillary Clinton said in her speech accepting the Democratic nomination for president at the Democratic National Convention.
He baited Donald Trump with a tweet. Cuban remarked about his front row seat at the presidential debate on Monday.
“Just got a front row seat to watch @HillaryClinton overwhelm @realDonaldTrump at the “Humbling at Hofstra” on Monday. It is On !”

For much of the presidential election season, Cuban remained in the middle, not endorsing any candidate — Republican or Democrat. At one point, he even suggested that he would be open to serving as Donald Trump’s running mate, and that he felt he would be a valuable asset.
That all changed as Trump continued his rhetoric and continued to move his campaign in a direction to normalize the Alt Right and fringe elements of the country like white nationalists and white supremacists, so much so that David Duke, of KKK fame, even has tried to heavily align himself with the Trump campaign. Ultimately, Cuban endorsed Hillary Clinton and has been a staunch supporter, even campaigning for her around the country.
Donald Trump could not manage to stay silent or even do anything more than take Cuban’s seemingly playful tweet and turn around what Trump believes would be an insult to Hillary Clinton — even though Clinton had nothing to do with Cuban’s tweet, nor has she commented on it.
Trump tweeted back:
“If dopey Mark Cuban of failed Benefactor fame wants to sit in the front row, perhaps I will put Gennifer Flowers right alongside of him!”

Trump was referring to Flowers, the woman with whom Bill Clinton has admitted to having a sexual relationship. Trump proved Clinton’s point. Instead of responding in the same playful fashion or not responding at all, he showed that one simple tweet can easily get under his skin.
Cuban has since responded:
