MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ panel on Friday was perplexed by President Trump’s latest bizarre tweet which he sent while he was attending the most important meeting of his presidency, and probably his life.
Trump tweeted on Friday morning that “Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!”

Trump is in Hamburg, Germany, attending the G-20 Summit with world leaders. It is simply not believable that one of the hot topics among world leaders is what John Posdesta did or did not do with the DNC server, even though he was never in charge of it in the first place. More concerning is the fact that Trump is distracted with Podesta’s reaction to hacking on a day that he is supposed to be conducting high level meetings with world leaders about current issues.
The Morning Joe crew was so bewildered by the tweet that all they could do was laugh about it, questioning, once again, the President’s mental health. Co-host Joe Scarborough implied that Trump was delusional if he truly believed what he was tweeting. “I would dare say no one there is talking about that except whomever Donald Trump is speaking to inside his brain,” Scarborough said.
“That was one really bizarre tweet, and he’s had some really bizarre tweets at this stage,” he added.
“That does make you wonder what’s going on,” co-host Mika Brzezinski chimed in. “I’ll leave it right there. But there are a lot of questions people have about this President … what’s going on in his head.”
The group then speculated about the upcoming meeting Trump is set to have with Russian President Vladimir Putin, pointing out that no one really knows what the President is going to do or say. “Well, he handled the last meeting with Russians inside the Oval Office,” Scarborough said sarcastically regarding the disastrous meeting that Trump had with Russian officials in the Oval Office the day after he fired James Comey where he told them that firing Comey — who he told the Russians was a “whack job” — relieved pressure.
