On Friday, U.S. President Donald Trump took to Twitter to condemn the negative coverage of the first 100 days of his presidency. He lashed out at the press for failing to recognize what he feels are all of his major achievements.
“No matter how much I accomplish during the ridiculous standard of the first 100 days, & it has been a lot (including S.C.), media will kill!”

Trump’s latest early morning tweet is just the most recent tantrum that the president has thrown after he obsessively watches cable news and takes to social media to react. He has reportedly been working to pressure congressional Republicans to pass some type of healthcare plan by next week because he believes that the media will mock him for failing to pass anything substantial within his first 100 days in office.
Although the president now feels comfortable calling the the 100 days landmark a “ridiculous standard,” he regularly touted all of the things that he would be able to accomplish within this time while on the campaign trail. However, most of the things that he promised to accomplish in his first 100 days in office are things that he has tried to see through to completion and failed — namely repealing Obamacare.
