After Donald Trump tweeted on International Women’s Day that he has “tremendous respect for women,” ‘The Daily Show’ decided to refute his claims using his own words.

For years, the President has consistently garnered criticism for his treatment of women, criticism that has significantly increased during his candidacy and after his election.

From its Twitter account, the show shared past comments that the President has made about women, including comments he made about women in combat. “Maybe I’m old fashioned but I don’t like seeing women in combat.”

The show also highlighted comments he made about Megyn Kelly and Arianna Huffington.

On Wednesday morning, Trump posted a duo of tweets attempting to acknowledge International Women’s Day — one appeared to be drafted by staff and the other seemed to come directly from the President. The day is also marked by the nationwide protest named “A Day Without A Woman.”

The protest is being organized by the same group which was responsible for the Women’s March on Washington, which occurred the day after the President’s inauguration. The goal of the latest protest is to “highlight the economic power and significance that women have in the US and global economies, while calling attention to the economic injustices women and gender nonconforming people continue to face,” according to the group’s website.

Trump tweeted on Wednesday touting his respect for women, and asking his followers to join him in “honoring the critical role of women here in America & around the world.”

“I have tremendous respect for women and the many roles they serve that are vital to the fabric of our society and our economy,” he said in his second tweet.

Twitter users were no more kind to Trump as they responded to his tweet, pointing out multiple other examples that dispute the President’s claim:
